For the past eight years, Acoustic National Industries has specialized in the manufacturing of certified class 100 to 1000 clean rooms. Our clients have been uniformly satisfied with our products.  The materials used are approved by Agriculture Canada and the FDA.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE EXPANDABLE AND RECOVERABLE

Our flexible system permits rapid expansion at low cost. Moreover, it is entirely recoverable in the case of a relocalization.

Our modular products are adaptable to all situations, yet it provides superb sealing and optimal cleanliness. Installation is simple, fast and can be completed with minimal disturbance to your production. All necessary services (utilities, electrical, computer and phone outlets, etc.) are integrated inside the modules.

We offer comprehensive engineering, manufacturing and installation services, starting with certification. We are proud our achievements and we hope to become a leading provider in this high technology field.

For more information please consult our Sales Department at (418) 653-9028.

FLEXIBILITY

We use a quick fixation modular panels system, structural and self-supporting, with an infinite design configuration. There is no contamination due to gypsum dust during the installation or modification.

OPTIMUM AIRTIGHT

The airtight conception of our product restricts all infiltrations and loss, providing perfect control against contamination, and control of the temperature and humidity of the room.

CHOICE OF FINISHING

A variety of finishes is available:

» 16G satin galvanized steel
(galvaneal) epoxy primer and acrythane paint

» 16G satin galvanized steel
( galvaneal) epoxy paint
(FDA et AAGRC)

» 304 or 316 stainless steel

INTEGRATED UTILITIES

All utilities, electrical, computer and phone outlets, and others are integrated inside the panel. On the field we considerably gain on time and we reduce chance of contamination, because all of this work is done at our factory

DURABILITY

Built under a concept of self support system with materials such as 16G or 18G steel and covered with a hard finish (2H to 3H) our rooms have unfailing durability. We only use industrial first quality equipment. We offer a one-year guarantee on the construction and all equipment.

TURNKEY PRODUCT

From start to finish, conception to fabrication, installation, certification and training, Acoustic National Industries provides a comprehensive array of services to ensure the success of the project.

IMPORTANT

In order to best meet your needs and to ensure an optimal system, here are seven stages which you must follow:

  1. define your manufacturing process;

  2. define all necessary equipment;

  3. Diagram your chain of production, showing layout for all equipment;

  4. establish the required utility services (quantity, purity, etc.)

    - liquids (solvents, etc.)

    - Gases (N2, H2, O2, etc.)

    - Exhaust (acids, solvents, pump)

    - Waste (acids, solvents, HF, metals toxic)

    - Power supply

  1. Determine the necessary environment standards

    - temperature levels (tolerance, variation)

    - moisture levels (tolerance, variation)

    - degree of cleanliness

    - level of noise

    - vibrational damping

  1. establish your preferences with regard to general design (materials of the walls, filters, structural support, etc.)

  2. define a plan of the general site taking into account all physical constraints.

ADVANTAGES OF ACOUSTIC NATIONAL INDUSTRIES PRODUCTS OVER CONVENTIONAL SYSTEMS:

MODULAR

CONVENTIONAL

Rapid assembly with minimal disruption to your processes

Longer to install and more intrusive

MODULAR

CONVENTIONAL

Recoverable panels when expanding, moving or modifying system

Non-recoverable panels means loss of your initial investment should you need to move or grow

MODULAR

CONVENTIONAL

Little contamination during installation, modification or expansion.

Gypsum dust is released during the assembly or modification.  This dust may contaminate your room and your existing installations.

MODULAR

CONVENTIONAL

Resistant to impacts and liquids

Possibility of breaking at impact and may be susceptible to damage by absorption of liquid.

MODULAR

CONVENTIONAL

Non-porous materials are resistant to the formation of moulds or bacteria; little maintenance and no painting required.

Susceptible to moulds and bacteria. Gypsum is porous, and requires ongoing maintenance

Note: our modular panels are approved by  Agriculture Canada
